Fasset's infrastructure complies with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, 27017 and 9001 standards, which Zebec says is consistent with its give attention to operating inside regulated financial frameworks in its international expansion.
As a part of the agreement, Zebec will integrate ZBCN into Fasset’s neobanking ecosystem. The move represents an additional step in positioning ZBCN alongside banking and payments use cases and follows its expanding role inside Zebec's payroll, card and wallet infrastructure.
Fasset reported an annual transaction volume of $7 billion in 2025 and a community of greater than 2 million members.

The partnership builds on Zebec's recent NatPay and Privy integrations
The Fasset partnership follows a series of infrastructure developments by Zebec in recent months. Through NatPay integration with the Federal Reserve's FedNow system, the corporate expanded real-time payroll processing within the U.S., enabling payroll processing through fast payment rails.
Zebec also added embedded wallet functionality via Stripe's own Privy, simplifying onboarding and day-to-day usage for payroll and payout users. The company recently launched ZebecNET, a data-only eSIM network built with World Mobile and designed to maintain payroll, payments and card access online in regions with inconsistent mobile connectivity.
Taken together, these updates show that Zebec is constructing a stack that connects regulated banking access, on-chain settlement, wallets, cards and connectivity across multiple regions.
Following the announcement, ZBCN showed limited immediate price movement. At the time of writing, the token was trading at $0.002455, down 1.4% in 24 hours.
