US sanctions 8 Krypto letters which are certain to Garantex Exchange and Yemeni Houthis

The US Ministry of Finance sanctioned eight cryptocurrency letters, which were related to the Russian crypto exchangeable sex and the Yemeni political and military organization The Houthis.
