The Ministry of Finance in Slovenia controls 25% tax on crypto transactions

The Ministry of Finance in Slovenia is considering a possible tax of 25% on crypto handicrafts for residents of the country as a part of a brand new law that’s now open to public consultation.

The proposal is open to public consultations until May 5. If the Slovenian legislature passes the bill, he’ll come into force on January 1, 2026.
