A US federal judge has cleared necessary fraud and manipulation assessments against Avraham Eisenberg, the dealer in the middle of the case wherein the exploitation of the decentralized Exchange mango markets of 110 million US dollars are involved.
On Friday, the US district judge Arun Subramanian decided that the evidence submitted within the procedure couldn’t support the jury's conclusion that Eisenberg made significant false representations on the mangoma markets.
The decision clears Eisenberg's convictions for raw material fraud and market manipulations and feels a 3rd indictment, which significantly weakens the federal government's case.
Eisenberg, a self-proclaimed “applied game theorist”, was convicted in 2024 since it was artificially inflated by over 1,300% in just a few minutes and the resulting profits as collateral to withdraw from the platform by $ 110 million.

The judge also rejected the argument of the prosecutors that the case must be heard in New York. Eisenberg was in Puerto Rico on the time of the shops, and the court found that no sensible activity that was sure to the alleged crime in New York.
The doj had quoted a mango user based in Poughkeepsia and a 3rd party in Manhattan, however the judge decided that this was not enough to ascertain the proper venue.
The US government must now determine whether to represent the free charges, although the Trump government has recently signaled a reduced deal with the crypto enforcement. Eisenberg still looks like civil suits from SEC and CFTC.
While this judgment eliminates Eisenberg within the case of the mango markets, it stays behind bars.
Eisenberg charged with child pornography
In a separate case, Eisenberg was sentenced to almost 4 years in prison on May 1, after he was guilty of possessing child pornography – an indictment that results from non -related evidence that were uncovered during his arrest.
